Valuations are undertaken for a number of reasons, including mortgages, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, security and litigation.

All types of property are covered, including shops, offices, insitutional, schools, recreational and residential, as well as development land. Detailed surveys and reports are also prepared in respect of residential and commercial properties and can, when required, include a full building survey.
