Our Landlords fees are clear and transparent we charge as follows;
Tenant find service: £900+VAT
This includes , the collection of first months rent and deposit , providing the necessary documentation for the letting of the property to both landlord and tenant. Providing details to the tenant of where to pay future rent payments.
Full Property Management: 10%+VAT of the gross monthly rent
Collection and Remittance of the monthly rent received
Pursue non -payment of rent and guidance on rent arrears actions
Deduct Commission and other works
Advise all utility providers of changes in occupation
Two inspection visit per annum , and reports to the Landlord on the results
Arranging routine repairs , and obtaining quotes if necessary above pre agreed expenditure limit.
Holding Keys for the property throughout the tenancy
Make HMRC deduction for Overseas Landlords if NRL8 is required (if relevant)
We do not offer a rent collection only service
